Why I Love September
September is my favorite month for a couple of reasons, one of it being our “wedding month.” Well, who could not love that right? And the other one is because IT IS THE FREAKING START OF THE U.S. FALL SHOWS OMG!!!
It took me a lot of countless nights preparing my TV roll and finally I have decided which awesome show I will follow and which ones I had to drop. Also dropping it doesn’t mean not watching it. It’s just that I may watch it in the off season instead of really following it episode after episode. I could also just wait for it in DVD. I would still need my couch potato in the off season right?
Monday
Five shows in one night? Ouch! Shows I want to watch in the off season which will show on Monday nights are The Big Bang Theory and Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles. Stuff I will watch on local Cable is CSI trilogy Also a show that I’ve out grown is Prison Break. Unless, my wife orders me to get this show, forget it.
Tuesdays
Like, what an awesome surprise! 90210 is so in. As in totalleh! Fringe is a new Show that has caught my couch potato eye and House is the highlight of the night. Privileged is also a new show which I will try to see in the off season. Everything else is blah!
Wednesdays
It’s a slow Wednesday with only one show. I watched the first episode of Knight Rider a few months back and I’ve got to say, it has potential. What made the show? The Hoff’s appearance at the end! Was that a spoiler? Oops! Also I am dropping Bones and Private Practice. But I do want to check out Pushing Daisies later on.
Thursdays
What can I say? I’ve grown manginas and am now watching Grey’s Anatomy. My wife made me watch it so shut up. Also, it grows on you. And who the hell doesn’t want to watch Patrick Demp – Wait. I mean Katherine Heigl? Ehem. Sorry, had to bench Super Natural, 30 Rock, the Office and Smallville for the off season.
Fridays
None here, its party night! Who wants to watch TV on a gimmick night? I’ve dropped Numbers though. Ghost Whisperer is scheduled for the off season.
Saturdays
Nothing interesting on Saturdays which is a given. People are doing errands, hanging out with friends or even playing Wii, PS or Xbox.
Sundays
A show I have grown to love. Although the first episode wasn’t that great, I hope it picks up from there. Entourage, American Dad, Simpsons and Family Guy for the off season.
How about you guys? What will you watch?
